# Reporting an Issue

- Don't have an account, but would like one?<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> **[Register for an account](https://support.proquest.com/s/register?language=en_US)** </span>before your system coordinator can<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> **[Grant Permissions](https://support.proquest.com/s/article/About-Support-Center?language=en_US)**</span> for you to open cases on behalf of your institution.
